Requirements

Upon completion of the admission process, we kindly request that you submit your requirements to the administrative office at Our Lady of the Angels School Building. Should you have already submitted the necessary enrollment form and have not received any communication, we welcome you to personally visit our school for further assistance and support.

Incoming Olasians / Transferees

To be conducted in OLAS. The school will contact you for the evaluation schedule of your child.

Applicants are requested to provide a good moral certificate and report card, if applicable.

Please submit 2pcs. size 2×2 photo (white background) of the learner.

For transferees or incoming OLASIANS, it is a must to complete the online enrollment form with accurate information. Text message will be sent to those approved.

You may only pay the required registration/enrollment fee upon receipt of text message from us.
